Your California Privacy Rights
This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents, as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the “CCPA”).
Information we collect
In the past 12 months, we may have collected the following categories of personal information:
- Identifiers, such as your name, email address, phone number, postal address or ZIP code, and IP address.
- Commercial information, such as the home improvement services you are interested in.
- Internet or network activity, such as browsing activity on the Site and interactions with our forms and ads.
- General location data, such as your ZIP code or location based on your IP address.
- Inferences drawn from the information above, such as your project interests.
We collect this information directly from you, automatically from your device, and from partners. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.
How we use and disclose information
We use personal information to respond to your request, connect you with contractors and partners who may contact you about your project, operate and improve the Site, measure advertising, prevent fraud, and comply with the law. We disclose the categories above to home improvement contractors, lead and marketing partners (see Our Network of Partners), advertising and analytics providers, and service providers.
Sale and sharing of personal information
In the past 12 months, we may have “sold” or “shared” (as those terms are defined by the CCPA) identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, general location data, and inferences to contractors, lead and marketing partners, and advertising providers. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. You can opt out at any time on our Do Not Sell My Info page.
Your rights
- Right to know what personal information we have collected about you, and how we have used and disclosed it.
- Right to delete personal information we collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
- Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information, where applicable.
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
How to submit a request
Email info@247bathrooms.pro or call (209) 309-8959. We will need to verify your identity before responding, usually by matching information you provide with information we hold. You may use an authorized agent, and we may ask for proof of the agent's authorization. We aim to respond within 45 days, as provided by the CCPA.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this notice or as required by law.
“Shine the Light”
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 allows California residents to request information about personal information we disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year. To make a request, email info@247bathrooms.pro with “Shine the Light Request” in the subject line.
